is a soccer academy based in Auckland promoting excellence and serving youth soccer throughout New Zealand.

is a charitable trust. The WYNRS NZ Trust was founded by Wynton Rufer on his return to New Zealand in June 1997 after playing professional soccer in Europe.

pronounced "Winners" is an acronym for Wynton Rufer Soccer.

High quality, certificated soccer coaching for 5 to 15 year old children, boys and girls.

A comprehensive representative programme to develop talented players.

To develop a strong skill base in youth soccer in New Zealand through a programme of Brazil Skills, Wynton's Way (Juggling, penalty shooting), Sharpshooter and Kiwi Kick (5 a-side-soccer).

AIM:
The Academy is made up of players that the coaches have identified as showing the playing potential and determination to take their soccer to the next level. The aim of the academy is to show these players a clear pathway to professional soccer.
FOCUS:
The focus of training is skill development. Wynrs is convinced that in order to achieve this goal, at this age, the emphasis should be on skill development rather than tactical knowledge/play. The squads for international competitions, overseas tours and trial, the Kiwi Kick World Cups are chosen from the Academy Squads. |
Wynton Rufer - WYNRS
One of New Zealand's greatest football players has been handing down his knowledge to groups of young Dunedin footballers this week. Wynton Rufer has scaled the heights of the football world, and he believes there's nothing stopping young local players doing the same.
